Throughout the day, production never slows down in our 24/5 operation. Color coded job tickets move from the front of the house (check-in, customer service, billing) to the back of the house (pre-press, press, bindery, shipping) and our team works hard to ensure that each customer has everything they need, when they need it.
Our employees are dedicated to producing and providing the very best business checking products and services in the U.S. today:
- Production: This is our “muscle” – our hands-on team that handles pre-press, presses, bindery, and shipping Monday-Friday, 24 hours a day.
- Customer Service: Available 9AM to 11PM ET Monday-Friday by phone, email, or web chat. All of our customer service reps have over 200 hours of training and are fully knowledgeable in all banking-related products and questions.
- IT Department: This team designs technology systems for all facets of the business including data entry, websites, pre-press software, production tracking, sales and marketing programs.
